Canopy of Creativity

After a washout on the original dates planned for Art in the Arboretum, the event was rescheduled for the following weekend. Thankfully we had glorious weather, and this three-day event marked a big step for my art business because I invested in my first tent!

Local artist Carol Hunter, a dear friend who exhibits with me at Airlie Moon, has kindly let me borrow her tent for previous outdoor events. She has been so generous to share, but as I’ve been doing more local shows it felt like time to get my own and work on jazzing up my display!

I had a test run with my new tablecloths, grid walls and print bin at Art at the Farm; and now the tent has made its debut, too! It went up easily, and I was very grateful for the shade!

Thanks to everyone who stopped by, I hope you enjoyed the arboretum and the art! It is always lovely chatting with local collectors and getting to know new faces, too!
