Hotel Poseidon Positano Collaboration
Four stunning Amalfi Coast views, painted by yours truly and turned into giclée fine art prints, can be found in Positano, Italy!
This special collaboration with Hotel Poseidon Positano celebrates the hotel’s 70th birthday!
How did an artist in North Carolina come to work with a hotel in Italy, you ask? It all started with a trip to the Amalfi Coast in 2023!
We stayed at Hotel Poseidon for part of our trip and absolutely loved it!
Hotel Poseidon is a charming, family run hotel with vistas that are nothing short of breathtaking. I did some sketching while I was there, which inspired several paintings when I returned home!
First, I painted Il Tridente, the restaurant at Hotel Poseidon, as part of my 2024 Italian Summer Collection.
Later, I painted the view from our hotel room for a local Valentine’s Day art show.
Hotel Poseidon noticed my artwork online and kindly asked for photos, so they could share on their social media, and they mentioned that they might be in-touch for more information.
Sure enough, we soon got to chatting about putting some of my artwork at the hotel! I put together a proposal, we finalized the details, and I got to work painting four scenes with the intent of creating fine art prints that they could sell online and in-person to celebrate their 70th anniversary.

Hotel Poseidon and I released the prints in the spring to kickoff the 2025 season, and then released the original paintings in October to end the season.
“I look forward to seeing where they end up — perhaps in someone’s home, kitchen, or bedroom, where they’ll be reminded of both you [SJT] and us.”
It was a delight working with Hotel Poseidon Positano on this special project, and now you can collect your very own painting or print from the collection!
