How do I find out when new work is releasing?

You can join the studio email newsletter, so that the latest studio updates will go straight to your inbox!

Can I commission a painting?

Sarah Jane takes a limited number of commissions each year. If you’re interested in commissioning a painting, please fill out the commissions inquiry form, and she will be in touch!

Are the image colors on screen accurate to real life?

Colors vary some based on your screen/device, so product colors may look slightly different in person. Images are color-corrected for devices as best as possible.

Can I visit your studio to see your artwork in person?

Absolutely! Please email hello@sarahjanetart.com to schedule your visit.

Shipping

You’ll receive a UPS tracking number when your order has shipped. All orders include shipping insurance.

When will my painting ship?

Please allow 5–7 business days for an item to ship from the studio. (If a painting is in an exhibit and will be shipping out at a later date, it will be stated in the individual product listing.)

Fine art ships via UPS. Paintings are packaged with care, often using repurposed packaging materials in an effort to recycle and help the environment!

When will my print ship?

Prints are made-to-order and ship via UPS. Please allow 1–2 weeks for your print to ship from Sarah Jane’s studio in Wilmington, NC.

11x14 in. prints (and smaller) are shipped flat. Prints larger than 11x14 in. are rolled and shipped in a tube.

Can I pick up my order?

If you are local to the Wilmington, NC, area and would like to pick up your order, choose the “Store Pickup” option for your “Delivery Method” at checkout. Sarah Jane will email you to coordinate pickup!

If you’re purchasing on your phone and don’t see “Delivery Methods” at checkout, choose the “Or checkout with credit card or PayPal” button at the bottom of the “Order Summary” screen.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! A flat rate of $50 is applied to international orders at checkout. Any additional shipping costs are billed separately.

Please note that purchasers are responsible for any taxes/duties due upon arrival.


Returns/exchanges

All sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@sarahjanetart.com within 7 business days of your item’s arrival with photos of the damaged item and packaging. Sarah Jane will ship you a replacement if possible or issue a full refund. If an original painting arrives damaged, it will need to be returned and inspected first.

If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase or you have any other customer service needs, please email hello@sarahjanetart.com.


Copyright

Sarah Jane retain the rights to all of her artwork. That means that she retains the right to reproduce original artwork (in the form of prints, etc.). Collectors can purchase partial rights to artwork to ensure that their original painting is never reproduced, email hello@sarahjanetart.com for details.

You may not resell or reproduce Sarah Jane’s work without her written permission.
